Shipping Policy

When you have ordered something from Bulldog Butler, the delivery time is slightly different than what you are used to. As our products are sent directly from our suppliers, we can make huge savings on storage and transportation costs. This allows us to offer very competitive prices.


- Once your order is placed, we need 1-3 days during business days to process it. During the week, the lead time is one business day, but if you order on a Friday evening or a weekend, the lead time may be a little longer.

Average delivery time is 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).


Free 1+1 promotions

With a 1+1 free promotion clearly indicated on the product page: Add 2 copies to your cart, the discount will be automatically deducted at checkout, and the customer is responsible for doing the same. We cannot verify all orders for inaccuracies. If the customer does not do this, he is responsible. Unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Shipping costs

We cover the shipping costs for all our orders. The order is therefore delivered completely FREE.

Order delivered

Bulldog Butler is not responsible for stolen or lost packages confirmed as having been delivered to the address indicated. Upon request, we will confirm delivery and show that it was delivered to the specified address, delivery date, and tracking data so that the customer can check for themselves.

Canceling an order

If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours it is no longer possible to cancel your order, as all orders are shipped within 24 hours and your order is already on its way. After receipt, you can always return your order.
