Return Policy

If you have received the wrong items or the items you have received are defective, please email support@bulldogbutler.com to discuss this further.

If you are not satisfied with the goods you receive, you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and resalable condition.

Once returned, you have the right for a full refund, which does not include return shipping costs. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition. 

Request a return

  • Please download, print and complete the returns form if you don't already have it. Request the return form using the form below.
  • Send your returns form together with a photo of the products you are returning to support@bulldogbutler.com by email.
  • Once approved, please ensure that your return is properly packaged and meets all the conditions below.
  • Mark 'Returns' clearly on the outer packaging of your package.
  • Use an insured tracking service to ensure your package reaches us safely.
  • Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to support@bulldogbutler.com

Return Policy and Guidelines:

  • All returned items must be unused, unopened and in original plastic packaging.
  • We are not responsible for the costs of returning the items.
  • Please ensure that all returned items are properly packaged so that they are not damaged in the post.
  • Please ensure that all return parcels are sent using a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transport.
  • Please ensure the returns form is approved - without approval this may result in your return not being processed.
  • Promotional products are not available for returns.


Easy returns in three simple steps:


Step 1: Request the return form via the contact form below. Provide your order number, email address and reason for return.

Step 2: Send your order
Send the items together with the completed returns form to the address on
the return form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track and Trace code.
As the sender you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings
to arise.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account
Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is paid to you
will be back in your bank account within five working days.

 

We process our returns in The Netherlands.
